What a lovely stay, no complaints whatsoever. Incredibly beautiful hotel in a particularly good area right by Kutaissi, and the short alley. Well decorated and fantastic units with a kettle, private bathroom or discount and heating, amicable employees. Convenient location, an easy walk to everywhere.

The personnel was affable and incredibly friendly, and the host too. We have booked a double room with shared bathroom and a kettle, as example for 2 nights...

The rooms at Guest House Panda are simply amazing! The tile/marble floor adds a touch of elegance, and the comfortable sofa is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring nature. I felt like I was in my own cozy little paradise.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the dining area in the double room. But hey, that's just me.

I was blown away by how awesome my stay was at this guest house! its fantastic location only 5 minutes away from the train station and local buses made it super convenient for me to get around. The beds were incredibly comfy, and I loved having a desk area to work at. And can you believe it - they had the friendliest dog ever, and I'm usually terrified of them! Although I couldn't enjoy the sitting area outside my room because of the heavy rain, it was still a nice touch. The best part was that there was always someone available to answer my questions in English, which made my stay so much easier. And let me tell you, the romi dish they served me was mind-blowing! The large, clean, and private rooms were simply superb, with all the necessary accessories provided. I was so happy to have found this place, and I'll definitely be coming back if I get the chance. The hosts were so caring, welcoming me at 5 in the morning and offering tremendous support throughout my stay. The price to quality ratio was excellent, and the location was just a short 15-minute walk from the center. There were even shops nearby for all my needs. my stay here was jaw-droppingly amazing - an experience I won't ever forget!

The rooms at Guest House Panda in Kutaisi are simply amazing! I stayed in a double room and it had a cozy tile/marble floor, a comfortable sofa with a table and a chair. It felt like a home away from home.
That I personally found the hairdryers a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and treated me like family. The room and kitchen were impeccably clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance to market and good restaurants.
The bathroom was separated from the bedroom and quite cold at times. Finding the house number was a bit challenging as it was not visible from the road.

One thing I truly appreciated about my stay at Guest House Panda was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decoration had a charming simplicity that made me feel right at home. The general areas were neat and tidy, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate and relax comfortably. , the accessibility of the hotel was remarkable. Despite being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a short and pleasant 10-minute walk to the city center, allowing me to explore Kutaisi at my own pace.
If I could suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be the need for clearer signage to help guests easily locate the guesthouse. As a senior woman, I found it a bit challenging to find the entrance, and I had to ask for assistance from the friendly Georgian girls, who kindly walked with me to the guesthouse.
